1½ CUPS DAAWAT TRADITIONAL BASMATI RICE, SOAKED AND DRAINED

A FRESH PARSLEY SPRIG FOR GARNISHING

¾ TSP CARAWAY SEEDS/SHAHI JEERA

INSTRUCTIONS

1. BOIL SUFFICIENT WATER IN A DEEP NON-STICK PAN. ADD DAAWAT TRADITIONAL BASMATI RICE, MIX AND COOK TILL THE RICE IS FULLY DONE. SWITCH OFF HEAT AND STRAIN THE RICE.

2. TRANSFER THE RICE ONTO A SERVING PLATE AND SERVE HOT GARNISHED WITH PARSLEY SPRIG
